All products ship in 7-12 business days. You will receive tracking once your order ships. Please note shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. As a small family business, we are working to shorten those times as we continue to grow.

All products ship USPS, Fedex or UPS Ground. If you would like expedited shipping, please select at check out. Please note production time does not change when you select expedited shipping, only the speed which the items are shipped when completed.

At Baller Lifestyle, we are committed to providing high-quality products that cater primarily to children. Given the delicate nature of our customer base, we take the utmost care in maintaining the safety and integrity of our merchandise. This is why we do not offer refunds for purchased items.

A Focus on Safety

Because our products are designed for children, we must implement stringent measures regarding returns. Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot resell any returned items. Once a product is returned, we cannot guarantee that it has remained uncontaminated or free from allergens. Our top priority is ensuring that every child receives products that are safe and reliable. 

Store Credit for Returns

While we do not provide refunds, we understand that situations arise where a product may need to be returned. If you return a product to our warehouse **within 30 days of receiving it**, and it includes the **original packing slip**, we will gladly offer you **100% store credit** for that item.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your store credit, which can be used for future purchases and they do not expire. Please allow **5-7 business days** for us to process your return and issue the store credit.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return, use the portal below. Please enter the emailed address or phone number linked to the order and the order number located at the top right of your packing slip.

Please note that while you will receive store credit for the returned item, **original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable**. If you choose to make another purchase using your store credit, any additional shipping costs incurred will be your responsibility.

If an exchange is required you will need to ship that product back to our warehouse, (A) within 30 days of receiving it, (B) with the original packing slip, and (C) select through the prompts in the return portal for size or product exchange.

Once exchange request is initiated, a new order will be created and the returned item will be exchanged for the requested item upon receipt back and processed through our system. If the value of the return does not cover the full cost, an invoice will be sent to your email before the exchanged item will ship. Any remaining balance after the exchange will be sent in the form of store credit to the email address associated with the order. You will be provided 100% store credit for any remainder that you can use to purchase a different item, size, etc. Please allow for 5-7 business days to process. 

Damaged Products

Baller Lifestyle will replace any product(s) that are damaged when originally received.

Damages must be reported via the return portal or via email to info@ballerlifestyle.com within 5 business days of receiving the product.

Customers will be prompted to attach damage photos in the return portal and the return request for damages will be pending approval once the photos are reviewed by our support team. They will approve the return for replacement or reach out to you with any further questions and assist in the resolution.
